Book Reviews and Review policy

Welcome here!

I accept review copies of books from authors, publishers and publicists. My favorite genres are Chick-lit, literary fiction, humor, mystery, thrillers and travel-writing.I have not yet embraced e-readers,so e-books don't work for me.Nobody likes bad press and I feel happier not doing a review of a book I don't like and take anywhere between 2 weeks to 1 month to review a book, depending on my schedule. If you need a review sooner than this time frame,do write in to me and I'll see if things can be rejigged to accommodate your request. I also post my reviews in Good reads(I go by the handle Bedazzled). You can mail me if you need more clarifications or have any specific requests.

I have started accepting books for review again..(updated in May 2012). If you are a publicist and want me to buy your client's book, kindly don't waste your time mailing me. Though I appreciate your enthusiasm for sharing the news about your client's new book, I don't need someone telling me 'Unfortunately we don't have  a copy to give away for you to review , but you can buy your own copy at the nearest bookstore.'  Yeah , I am like that only.
